The Reformer Studio

THE TRUTH: they bribe new timers to write a positive review in exchange for a free session. Cancellations are made all the time, there hasnt been a single week where I havent been placed on the waiting list even if I book weeks in advance. Furthermore, they are refusing to provide me a refund. I am highly disappointed.

It was my first time doing a reformer pilates class and I loved it! The instructor spent time with me before the class making sure I knew how to use the equipment and kept checking in on me during the class. It was a super wecomign and freidnly environment. I'll definitely be back soon!

My first ever pilates class at the Reformer studio with Leslie. The studio is clean, spacious, with new equipment and ambient music. Leslie did an amazing job in explaining movements and encouraging proper engagement and muscular recruitment- with a focus on breathing and stability throughout. As someone whos generally quite active, I found the class engaging and humbling. Looking forward to my future pilates classes!

I loved my first class at The Reformer Studio! Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. The teacher made sure to come over and kept checking in with me to make sure I was clear on what to do. It was really peaceful and relaxed but still a full on workout. Im looking forward to returning!
