Pilates by Fay French Nottingham

I absolutely love Fay's classes and look forward to going every week. I have been going since she started and have really noticed the difference it makes. I feel stronger and more flexible. She really knows what she is doing and regularly adds new things she has picked up from her own training and practice. But more than anything I enjoy her humour and incredibly warm personality.

Fay is a wonderful Pilates teacher who runs a welcoming, clean studio. She can cater for all ages and abilities and will always make sure to provide modifications to exercises so that they are accessible. I look forward to my class every week and know there will a perfect blend of challenge and support (plus a restorative nap at the end)!

Fay is an amazing Pilates instructor! I feel safe in her hands as she's so knowledgeable and knows just when to encourage and motivate and when it's just not happening and I just need a good stretch. Can't wait to get back on her (very clean and safe) mat!
