        I am doing reformer pilates many years and the instructors in Coco are high standards. A very nice place, welcome atmosphere and dynamic classes.

        Have wanted to do reformer for a while and so happy a studio has opened in West Bridgford. The whole team are friendly and professional and I have noticed a difference in my strength since going. Regular changes to the exercises ensure you are challenged as much or as little as you like. Its my favourite exercise!

        Cant recommend their Prenatal reformer course highly enough! I have looked forward to it every week during my pregnancy. It has made me feel strong for both baby and birth! Sarah changes the exercises weekly so the class is varied and have made a lovely group of new mum friends from the course! If youre pregnantsign up!
