After a bigger job my chiropractor adviced me to find a phisio practice locally and use its services for several weeks. I booked with Mr William Rickard in Beeston and received great help through my 7months lasting sciatica; quite a few exercises, which helped me enourmosly, I still do daily, a year later. Mr W Rickard is also a good listener and observer, he advised to check with doctors about some other issues which he suspected might be associated with or prolonging my sciatica, and he was right about that. I strongly recommend his services!
