        I used to go here to sort my shoulder pain out. I now use acupuncture, if I didnt Id go back to Bob.

        In October last year I tore ligaments in my ankle playing football (grade 2/3). I had several sessions over the course of 3 months with Rob Bendy who took me from a position where I could put 0% weight on my foot back to running. I was thrilled with the level of treatment, after care & professionalism. I highly recommend this practice.
