could improve by getting some people/customer skills. they are rude and pushy. I booked a session a little while back, and my son ended uo with chickenpox so cancelled. they said they could get me in the following Friday like really. he's got chickenpox... they then said they'd offer me a later date in the month when was best. I hadn't replied back next day I get a message from them saying the photograph is coming today at 4pm. i messaged back saying I haven't rebooked!! so they was pushing a session o me that I hadnt even agreed to. we then agree for a session today but unfortunately I've been I hospital with Mt son all morning n the I get a message saying "total waste of time. no need ignoring calls n message". I've since then replied explaining I'm at hospital. not even a message back saying sorry. how rude. I was also told a lady photographer would be coming but ive since then been told by a neighbour that a man was knocking at my door! with a biggish silver/grey car. now that's strange if you ask me.

I had them for my wedding and oh my God I would never use them again he charge guest for photos and because he thought I was drunk he said he asked me for permission. Hes a liar.then I didnt have enough pictures to choose to have in my book so he put double pictures in. Shame on him. He needs to think of a new career move.

I was very disappointed in this company and did not have a good experience at all. He was very unprofessional, I had a home shoot done and was really looking forward to it , .. he came late which was fine he did give notice saying unfortunately he was running a bit late thats fine .. He came in said he needed a plug socket no manners like please have you got a plug socket and positioned himself in the smallest space of the room , my children's ages are 10, 7 and 14 months .. he didn't interact with the children at all , just said sit their smile and next one .. the youngest he didn't try with at all all I wanted was one shot .. Less than 10 min and he was gone.. The equipment he brought with him was shocking , a very small pop up background a tatty rug , and a light n camera.. which is fine but for 3 children was a very difficult He didn't ask what kind of shots we might like eg any of the children hugging, laughing , standing up nothing .. just sit their an smile i , did explain to him that I would like one of them looking .. A few hours later he was back with the photos which in all fairness was a quick turn around , I was impressed with the overall quality but the fact the children were not all looking same way for at least one picture , I was just looking for pictures for the wall , I didn't ask for a canvas .. he then brought a number of pictures including a large canvas say Its 20 a photo or 180 for all .. i said look the children are not looking , you did not put any effort in and actually the whole experience was shocking and upsetting not just for me but for the children also Very very disappointed in the lack of communication or even any slight professional I then put this review on his Facebook page of mp photos but he deleted it and turned off comments for any member of the public to comment Shocking !!
