        Loudly speaking peoples personal information ie address, payment method, prescription etc, is unacceptable, then attitude from the young lady when I drew her attention to it, very bad practice,

        Staff are nice . But the service is very slow most of the time. Often have prescription items missing as they dont check shelf properly so end up having to go back. Not good at answering phone

        They do not pick the phone up very poor, tried to get through at least sixteen times, I'm sure they are busy at times so it would be helpful if they had an answer phone to leave a message, I only wanted to check that my prescription was in so I didn't have a wasted journey
