Peak Pharmacy Meadows

We needed to pick up something. We went into the store to ask. They had something that could help and we purchased it. Service was quick. The staff acknowledged us when we entered the shop and were extremely friendly and helpful with our questions. Overall, we didn't have a bad experience here.

When ever I order my medications from doctors and it's sent over to them and we go over to collect the day it's supposed to be ready for collection there never ready or it's not even been downloaded from the computer system and have to wait outside in all weathers untill it's ready in my wheelchair . But most of time by chance I have bits of shopping to collect aswell. And staff are always talking or sometimes ignorent to customers aswell which is enjoying.

Rang after 1 30 pm today asking if a prescription was ready girl said yes went down as only go down if its ready asked girl behind counter rude! She couldn't find it I said I've just rung u up to confirm. She said no she hadn't spoke to me 44 mins previously. I showed the pharmacist the number I rand. They said no that's not our number so I rang it in shop. Phone rang they ignored it A as soon as 1 said they hadn't spoken to me 2 others followed. Suit. Went outside rand sane number same girl answered said I had just been in she said that I hadn't . Said this is peak pharmacy meadows she said yes again. Totally lying useless staff that all arnt interested all the do is be rude arrogant and have loud conversations instead of. Serving customers after 19 years. Moving pharmacy
