        This relates to the pharmacy, not the surgery. Umm, not impressive. Prescriptions sent by the GP take suspiciously long (4/5 days to appear). Unavailability seems high (though to be fair I cant be sure). Customer service flat and, if there is a problem, unhelpful. The actual pharmacist is the outlier - found him to be cheerful with a good manner. Im beginning to wonder if I should move, nothing awful just not confidence giving. I suspect they are overwhelmed, they are alongside a large and successful practice.

        They close daily from 1pm till 2pm. They really ought to update the website with this detail.

        I have had to change my nominated pharmacy for my prescriptions as i find one particular pharmasict rude and lacks any customer service. I also find sometimes i have to wait weeks for a particular prescription which i have been able to obtain from another pharmacy close by.
