        Absolutely no urgency from the solitary assistant/pharmacist there who spotted me (only me at the counter) and proceeded to first check her computer, have a long drink from her travel mug and saunter across to me with a sullen face and couldnt be bothered non existent greeting.Is this the customer care we can expect?
