Very unprofessional practise would not recommend to anyone, didnt have any privacy and their solution to tonsillitis was a podcast. Came in very sick with tonsillitis and they refused to give me anything for it their only advice was to wait it out. Instead they gave me a podcast to listen to which would apparently explain why I was sick I honestly thought it was a joke. While I was in the private room two other members of staff walked in midway through so I didnt feel I had any privacy. Finally after we had finished the man checking me tried to get me to design flyers and social media posts for him (Im studying graphic design). I thought this was completely unprofessional and he wouldnt take no for an answer despite me feeling very unwell and just wanting to go home.
