        Lucy used to be great, but now fails to show(we book her collection and delivery service). She makes no contact regarding not being able to fulfil her obligations. She will respond on her terms only. If she has personal issues she should at least get help in ensuring her customers are made aware that she can't fulfil the appointments she has booked. That's no way to run her business.
