Lovely lady that takes that extra step to make your dogs feel at ease. Having taken our puppy to Kennelgate for his FIRST 6 month puppy groom, I was told that he was a very unhappy dog and that he went to bite the groomer. I was quite surprised at this as our 6 month old Pom had never reacted this way. This made me a bit apprehensive about using them again and was recommended Zoe's Happy Paws - what a great recommendation it was too. Our Puppy's first visit was excellent and Zoe didn't think that there was any problem except for him simply being a nervous (possibly as a result of that first groom) and boisterous puppy. * 2 years on we are still going to see Zoe and our gorgeous boy looks even more gorgeous than ever after his visits. Zoe has always taken exceptional care of him and he loves her to bits, including his gravy bone treat :). He always goes bolting and pulling out of the car to see her. She takes the time and trouble to talk through what shes done or any other suggestions or answer any questions or concerns you may have. I cant ever imagine not going to see Zoe as I think she would be a very hard act to follow. Thank you Zoe for making our boy so happy.
