        What a brilliant young woman Esme is... we cannot praise her enough. A lovely warm welcome, taking time to be friends with our puppy, who has had a lot of changes recently. She responded to Esme's tone of voice and full attention. We returned to collect a beautifully groomed pup, totally happy and stress free. Grateful thanks from us with no hesitation about booking again and again.
