Said goodbye to our beautiful boy Jack today, the compassion, care and dignity shown by Simon & Rita could not have been better. The service here was above our expectation, thank you for making this difficult time more bearable, we came away feeling that we had given our boy the best send off he could have.

We have used Nottingham Pet Crematorium a few times and have always found John, Rita and Simon to be the most caring, professional and helpful people throughout the cremation of our beloved pets. Nothing was too much trouble and Rita was always extremely pleasant and assisted us with our choices during the sad times. We would definitely recommend Nottingham Pet Crematorium to everyone. I had a great experience the first time but when I went after a few times they were like robots the man was adorable who met us .but the lady at the reception was heartless.i put in writing about the way she treated us on that sad day and when we had to take our poor cat in for his final walk she followed my husband all the way demanding the comment was revoked .he was so upset carrying his poor cat and she was walking behind him moaning at him .since this happened we found a beautiful place in Lincoln called follyfields the compassion and kindness is real and they are devoted to animals .they also have no time limit on when you go or when you get there .this place is fairyland .they make you feel so wanted and chat for ages .they don't take your money then run off .
