Mra provided prompt service from my initial call as I was concerned about a possible rat infestation. Mason carried out a thorough inspection of my property, explaining what he was doing and why. Left 3 baited boxes and 5 days later returned to check any movement. Thankfully there was no evidence of any infestation and was able to remove the baited boxes. Mason was friendly, very efficient, informative and empathic whilst providing his service and follow up advice. I would not hesitate to recommend these services to people needing pest services.
