The Pest Master Nottingham

Had the service booked in for 2 weeks, then received a call at 8am on the day they were due to come saying they would be arriving in the next 30-45 mins, I had a CV-19 test to attend so asked if they could wait outside and the answer was no. Very poor customer service, minimal notice and pre-9am with no flexibility. Even if patience had been exercised I would have cancelled due to being passively aggressively asked to make sure I pick up my phone!!

Brilliant service from start to finish, I was kept informed about my appointment and on the day I was given a slot when the team would arrive.y rodent problem has been attended by two other pest control companies who have not been able to sort out the issue. Two weeks after having two visits from the pest master team, I'm left with nothing remaining and a happy customer, I cannot recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, everything felt professional and well done, thank you everything you have done for me and my family. Happy customer.

We moved into a new property and discovered we had fleas. We called The Pest Master and he came out within two days. He did his treatment and left full instructions of what to do next. Couldnt be happier with his service. He was a nice guy and the price was good too.

Cannot recommend Pest master enough, Wayne is so professional and knowledgeable at what he does. He's been to my house diagnosed the problem and sorted it in no time. Will not hesitate to use again. Thank you very much.

We had an issue with bed bugs, I phoned the pest master and a chap called Wayne came round. He was very friendly. He managed to get rid of them for us, he was clean an tidy with his work. I especially liked how he phoned me a few days later to check that the issue had been resolved, this was a nice touch I thought. I would definitely recommend the pest master to everyone and I would use them again if I had any issues.
