I attended Dana's relaxing Pilates workshop just before Christmas, which was great. It covered all aspects of basic Pilates, with some challenging side lying exercises, core activation and stretches. It finished with a guided meditation session for full relaxation. The time flew and I really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend booking for the next one.

I'd heard so many people say how good Dana's Pilates classes were so a few months back I took the plunge and booked. She's a fantastic teacher who not only knows her stuff but is so positive and encouraging and her and the group makes new people feel really welcome. Since I've been going I've definitely noticed fewer aches and pains, but also feel more relaxed and just all round happier, and weirdly I actually really enjoy going which I didn't expect. If your reading this and fancy giving it a go, Go for it! you won't look back.
