        Since joining DW gym I have gained both confidence and a complete change in body shape . I have achieved weights bi never thought I would lift , my PT Danny has been amazing , he has spurred me on and been behind me all the way . Highly recommend if you want make real changes

        I have been going to gyms and running for years but never really got the big picture. Thanks to my trainer Josh, from Dan Whittaker Personal Training Studios I have finally managed to reach my health and fitness goals. Not only have I achieved my target weight but seen my body change with muscle gain and shape. I now understand how to live a fulfilling life around diet and exercise. It's been one of the best experiences I have ever had and I'm now back at my local gym with all the tools to carry on. Thanks guys, well done and keep up the good work...

Looking forward to training is something I never thought would happen to me! But it's all down to how much I enjoyed my sessions with Steve. Pushing me, but at my own pace so that I never stopped enjoying it. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
