Martin offers a great range of personal training and fitness services, which he adapts and tailors to suit your bespoke needs. Although I haven't taken advantage of all them, I know he offers strength training, fat loss, nutrition advice, boxing, HIIT and more. For me, Martin stands out from others with his great ongoing coaching to ensure you stay on target to meet your goals. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Martin highly enough as a coach. His commitment to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals is second to none. He carefully tailors everything to your individual needs and always gets 110% out of you at training sessions by inspiring you with self-confidence and keeping you focussed on your training goals. He is generous with his time and often makes time outside of sessions for a quick pep talk or for some quick advice. I achieved my first marathon in April of this year, something I never thought I'd achieve in a finishing time of 4 hours 4 minutes. A lot of the credit for this belongs to Martin and the unwavering support I received from him throughout. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
