I came to Jules in January. I was 7 months postpartum and ready to shift the pounds I had gained during my pregnancy. I was sceptical that I would be able to stick to any plan as my days were quite unpredictable, I was exhausted 90% of the time, and my motivation was pretty low. Jules created me a realistic and achievable plan where I managed to shift 16lbs in 6 weeks without really feeling like I was on a "diet." I know? That sounds too good, doesn't it. I couldn't recommend this plan enough. I felt supported throughout, and Jules is so knowledgeable that I couldn't have asked for a better coach. Thank you!!!

Just completed my first 6 weeks on The Nutrition Plan with Jules, I am super happy with my results and plan to carry on over the next few months to reach my end goal. The information and support provided has given me the motivation and tools necessary to finally take control of my diet and understand how to achieve my body goals. Jules has also helped me work on my body confidence post baby. A fantastic experience.

The Nutrition Plan has been life changing for me. After struggling to lose the baby weight (my daughter was 4 when I started!), I did The Nutrition Plan with Jules and lost 10 kgs in 6 weeks. It also finally started me on a path to a healthier, more active lifestyle and I feel better than ever after recently turning 40. The Nutrition Plan gave me the tools to understand how nutrition works, and having someone like Jules to talk to every week was priceless - she helped me understand the process of losing weight and getting healthier and kept up my motivation. Cannot recommend The Nutrition Plan enough!

I joined for the Spring 2022 plan and OMG Im so glad I did!! My aim was to lose half a stone but also to educate myself about food and nutrition. I actually lost nearly a stone and I did not go without anything. The plan focuses you on making good food choices with the knowledge and understanding of what your body needs. I was very focussed on the plan and really disciplined but I still eat good tasty food and I had treats as well as doing social things where I made the choice not to track but enjoy what I wanted without feeling guilty. That was what I really liked about working with Jules, shes REAL, encourages you, gives you loads of information and tips to help you and although its done online shes accessible throughout. If youre looking for something which is a lifestyle change, something which you can adopt for life that gives you huge results then I would definitely recommend.
