        Friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere and reasonable prices

        Visited for lunch following a previous visit, following incorrect coffee order and when mentioned was then completely ignored for the remainder of our visit resulting in myself having to request our cakes, to which I had to again request them ! The shop wasn't even busy! Service like this results in shops closing Disappointing

        I like Patisserie Valerie. This branch in the centre was a good one. Lovely friendly staff. Great macarons and good coffee. They have good fresh cakes and pastries. We tried their pistachio, chocolate and caramel macaroons and a tea and coffee. And gingerbread man cake :) Caramel macaroon was my favourite.
