I saw James for back and sciatica issues in 20010/2011. To be honest, it was getting very difficult to walk or sit and the nhs just wanted to give me painkillers and sleeping pills. His approach was very methodical and he relieved a lot of pain and gave me enough movement and flexibility back to continue day to day with minimal pain. He referred me to a private surgeon who very quickly and conveniently performed a small 5 minute cortisone injection that solved everything almost immediately. I went to mexico 2 days later. 9 years later I am still pain free albeit with some reduction in agility but I am 50..! If I hadn't met James, i'd be an nhs junkie hooked on dihydrodcodiene and valium in incredible pain. Life ruined. The private cortisone injection was low cost and james is incredibly reasonable with his prices for the service you receive. I urge anyone with back issues or sciatica not to wait in pain. Highly recommeded

James is my go to man with my back problems. Always gives a great massage and gives you good advice. Really nice guy as well. Highly recommend.
