Had my first session yesterday and had to write a review already. I had the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in years, with no aches from my neck. I've had stiffness around my whole upper back and neck from poor posture working on computers for years, and he's massively improved things already. I can look up further than I've been able to in years, and I can feel the ache between my shoulderblades has already reduced massively. Wish I'd known about this years ago! Update: One year on I'm no longer needing Osteopath sessions, and can 100% recommend Paul. Knowing the root cause behind my neck pain and working to strengthen my upper back and stretch my neck has worked wonders. I sleep on normal pillows now, can lie on my front, back or either side (previously I could only lie on my left and even then it was often uncomfortable). 10+ years of problems mean I need to keep up with the stretches and my neck does stiffen from time to time, but it's nothing like before, I've even been able to play pool again.

He ha a magic in his hands and has given me relief from pain which I suffered for many years. My only regret is not meeting him sooner
