        I had a very positive experience with Thomas Bond. Previously I have always stuck to big national chain opticians and assumed that smaller opticians would be more expensive and less efficient. However, I found that Thomas Bond's prices are very reasonable, products good quality, and customer service excellent - they were able to turn around my new glasses very quickly as I needed new ones ASAP.

Great service, they listened to my problems and wishes. Very professional and friendly. Can't say that about the chain that I went for before.
