        was told about insurance after I'd left the shop then went back a week later to be told you can't take it out now because you've left the shop , staff don't give you the information available. If your late they not see you but will keep you waiting 25 minutes. Lenses was to small for the frames and kept falling out so had to be sent off again , should of gone to specsavers .

        I've been using Scrivens for a number of years now and the service has always been first class. The staff go the extra mile to give a personal touch, make you feel welcome and relaxed. They have a very good range of glasses, from designer to more affordable, which are arranged in an easily viewable way. The store I go to is covid secure and clean which is very reassuring in these times.
