        Yet another ASDA opticians who are unable to answer the phone! left a message for them to ring back, but not holding my breath - no other ASDA's have after week passing by!! Update - just got a reply asking me to contact them via Facebook / Twitter, as i don't have either it looks like the poor service continues!!

        Excellent customer service again today, as always. A minor issue resolved very quickly and the young man working this evening was very polite, friendly and professional.

        First class treatment in an emergency, within a couple of hours I was booked in to NHS eye casualty and sorted out. All parties involved were five star. Also both places were covid secure so you don't need to worry if you have a problem these teams will sort it. Many thanks to all.
