I am very happy with my new glasses, and with the excellent service from the optician, Rohit. He was very helpful when I was picking my frames and I am really delighted. The receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful

Needed an eye test for elderly mother with dementia at short notice as visiting for only a couple of weeks from abroad. Explained situation and they were very helpful in arranging an eye test so any new glasses needed would be ready whilst I was still able to bring her back for a fitting. Very thorough eye exam with an extremely patience optician that was able to manage a dementia sufferer without getting frustrated. Selecting new frames was also pleasant and again with very patient help. All this was done during normal lunch hour yet never felt rushed in any way. Great experience, prices were reasonable and all the staff were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them for their service and dedication to getting the job done right no matter the difficulties or challanges. Outstanding!
