I have been bringing my son hear for 2 and half and I find the Optician amazing. He calms down my son and talks to him the whole time , he is friendly and so good with him. He put me at ease and goes through everything in detail. I travel from hucknall to Clifton because they are so good with my son , who is only 4 years old .

I first visited Willowbrook eye center last year after a well known high street optitions messed up and missed a case of Optic Neuritis. They were just interested in selling me fancy tests, that they didn't do correctly , and a fancy pair of expensive glasses . So I got referred to Willowbrook and with in half an hour the optitian had wrote me a letter and set me down to qmc eye casualty explaining he thought I had optic neuritis. Fantastic service then! I went back yesterday for a routine eye test and after a good knowledgeable discussion about how to help my eyes with what turned out in the long run to be MS , he adviced me on what frames would help , what sort of lenses would be beneficial and what I can do at home to test if my bad eye has got any worse. Great service, fantastic knowledge and no fancy equipment needed just an optitian that cares .

I recently visited willow brook opticians and recieved a great service from a very knowledgeable optician who really went out of his way to find the answer to my poor vision and how to improve it . I felt safe in the environment and observed good infection control before my appointment. I
