        Had a contact lenses appointment which I was super nervous for but the lady, Sarah I think her name was, was really nice and friendly. Made me feel comfortable, didnt feel awkward trying them in front of her. Did my 9 day trial with the lenses and loved wearing them! Very happy with them. Find it easy getting them in and out now.

        Been today to have ear wax removal I do have a phobia of ears so this was very difficult for me but I must say the lady was fantastic made me feel so calm and also I can hear again the procedure is expensive but we'll worth it
