        Very helpful , nothing too much trouble. Helped me choose a cracking pair of specs that I am really chuffed with. I also purchased prescription sunglasses which were also great, just come back from a week in Portugal and its fair to say that they had plenty of wear !

        Not a great branch, twice they messed up my prescription. I'm a wheelchair user and getting out and about is difficult, so having to go to the store to pick up my glasses on two occasions, only to find that both times mistakes have been made it a grave disappointment. I paid for my glasses and lenses and I'm disgusted that they couldn't get my prescription/order right. At least I got a refund. Avoid this branch to avoid disappointment!
