At one point I got a phone message saying customer service was close on a Friday - this was a Friday halfway between Black Friday and Christmas, so I guess a good time to take the day off.
I only got a response after raising a PayPal dispute, and even then the response was "We are very busy and we don't know when it will even be despatched... anything else we can help you with?"
I mean their actual products are great. Good value, do the job. Just buy it from someone else, whatever you do.
