We would like to say a huge thank you for looking after our mum for the short time she was with you . She was so happy here and you instantly made her feel like a family member you let her keep her independence whilst also helping and taking care of her . The whole staff are amazing, and when we had to say goodbye to her you all treated with love and respect we cannot find a single fault with you and we hope to be able to keep in touch and help and support the staff and residents as you have made us feel like we are part of your family

We will always be grateful to the carers, cook, kitchen, domestic & maintenance staff, nurses and management for the care and attention they gave to our loved one. They put a smile on his face every day with their banter and the time they spent with him. Not forgetting the support given to us as a family in very sad and worrying times. Also, the quality of the entertainment provided for the residents is amazing. Thank you to each and everyone of you we will never forget you.
