        An excellent care facility with lovely and compassionate staff which is the first and foremost thing when needing a care home for your loved ones. I worked there on contract basis and thoroughly enjoyed my time there, will be back soon to see both the always smiling staff and residents!

        Please note this place wouldn't have even got a star, its the only you can write a review. So to start with they left my dad in the same pad for over 4 hrs even thought they had been told 3 hrs previously that it Was soiled. Secondly when he was brought a dinner it was left on the other side of the the room, and my fathers has lost the use of his legs, the so called care worker was told he cant reach his dinner, her reply was cant you feed him then good job a friend of the family was on hand to feed him, also lieing about what they had fed him when fthe whole family knows that he doesn't eat what they stated. SO PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO A PLACE THAT THEY ARE NOT CARED FOR. i will wait with bated breath for the lies in their reply.

        I have worked for Eastgate care (Bulwell Parkhouse) for the la st 7 years. The management team are very professional and have given lots of support and provided me with additional training. It is a very pleasant and happy environment to work. New staff,residents and their families are always made to feel very welcome. I am a very happy staff member.
