I rate Parker House 5 star, the love and care they gave my sister was above and beyond, the manager Shameena is so efficient, she is helpful caring and happy to answer any questions you may have, nothing is to much trouble for her and her staff to do for the residents, my sister was there for 10 months, till her death in oct 2020, she had Dementia at only 67yrs old, they helped me every step of the way, to deal with understanding Dementia, and the horrible effect it has on our loved ones, my sister was very violent with it, and destructive too, she broke many things at the home tvs, cd player, ornament, but they took this behaviour from her, but always maintained her safety, she had go have a carer with her at all times when she was walking around, to protect her, I would like go say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart, to everyone at the home, for keeping my sister safe and well cared for, thank you xxx
