        My mum lived here for a number of years and was well looked after. Everyone was lovely, supportive and kind. I would have reviewed them full stars if not for 1 nurse, who caused us unnecessary, additional distress in my mums final hours. We were also upset that no-one from the home attended mums funeral or sent their condolences.

        wish I had never found the home for my gran! In the 6 months she's lived there the care has not been as it should. When she needed hospital treatment the home have failed and delayed sending her and when they did they tried sending her on her own on more than one occasion. We raised a number of concerns with the manager but still no response. My grans Been found more than once alone in her room dirty and needing assistance. Personal items go missing. Some of the staff were brilliant at there jobs but others seriously fail the service users dependant on there care.
