Clifton Manor Nursing Home

I was taken on as a nurse and given zero support or training. The home manager at the time was not a nurse and she didnt seem to address the issues or understand the difference between nursing care and residential care. The staff were hard working and caring, but I would avoid this company if at all possible if you are a nurse.

Well, what can I say, it's so hard to put into words the high standards of care, dignity, respect, compassion and love given to Mum by every member of staff that came into contact with Mum. They made her feel at home from day one. When Mum moved in, Mum became settled very quickly and found all the staff comforting and reassuring, they made it her home, her safe place with safe people showing Mum so much more than just "care". That high level of care was consistent day and night, right until Mum's last breath. And continued to support me and the family after Mum passed away. Just want to say thank you to the Clifton Manor Nursing Home manager, head of care, day/night nurses, day care staff, cleaners and laundry staff and the chef. You are all absolutely, truly amazing. You are all something special and I could not have asked for a better care home for Mum. My only regret is that I just wish I chose this care home from the start.

These staff are on a next level with the care and support they provided my mother-in-law and the support they have given my partner, even after she passed away, they went above and beyond in every single way possible, right down to the finest details like the redecoration in her room to make her final days that little brighter, fresh flowers, nice aroma, sensory lightings and sentimental gifts for her room from the home staff. They made her feel like all staff were her family and that gave us a bit of relief, she trusted them all and she definitely left her own print in the home forever more. If you're looking for a home that is incomparable to any other and that will go to the end of the earth for each and every resident and family then Clifton Manor Nursing Home is your go-to home without a doubt. Thank you to every staff member for the care provided to my mother-in-law.
