I have worked for Eastgate care (Bulwell Parkhouse) for the la st 7 years. The management team are very professional and have given lots of support and provided me with additional training. It is a very pleasant and happy environment to work. New staff, residents and their families are always made to feel very welcome. I am a very happy staff member.

Please note this place wouldn't have even got a star, its the only you can write a review. So to start with they left my dad in the same pad for over 4 hrs even thought they had been told 3 hrs previously that it Was soiled. Secondly when he was brought a dinner it was left on the other side of the the room, and my fathers has lost the use of his legs, the so called care worker was told he cant reach his dinner, her reply was cant you feed him then good job a friend of the family was on hand to feed him, also lieing about what they had fed him when fthe whole family knows that he doesn't eat what they stated. SO PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO A PLACE THAT THEY ARE NOT CARED FOR. i will wait with bated breath for the lies in their reply.

Great place to work for. The staff are brilliant and care deeply for each and every resident, assisting with personal care, feeding, activities etc. It is not an easy job, but they do it very well.

Please ,please, please don't put your loved ones in this care home. My Uncle went in and was literally left alone. He was left in a dirty pad for over 4 hours even though staff were told 4 times he needed changing. He had no buzzer to alert staff he needed help and no hospital table over his bed even though he was bedridden. His drink was over the other side of the room where he couldn't reach it. His paperwork was falsified to say he had been given or offered food when he hadn't. Staff were very unprofessional. The only good thing about this home is a member of staff called Alex, who was so helpful. If you care for your loved ones please don't put them in this home.
