I worked here on supply a couple of years ago, the nursery staff were so rude. As soon as I came in one of them was questioning me about what level qualified I was, and stating "well we need a level 4!" She then went on to make me wash the pots? As if to say I'm not capable of working in a nursery, I am level 3 qualified, worked in over 10 different schools across the city and also a mum to 3 children! She had a bad attitude problem and all the schools I've worked in have been more than grateful for me to be working at their school. I don't think it's professional for a member of staff to think it's acceptable to speak to another adult in that way and I would not want my 3 year old child in an environment around somebody with an attitude like that! The rest of the school staff were lovely though and the school itself is a lovely little building.
