I liked this nursery when my kids started attending it. As time went on, I realised the owners son was only interested in people's money. It's a shame, really, as my kids loved the nursery. I was then wrongly billed at owing a lot of money because the nursery took the child tax credit money each week and didn't put it towards my kids' nursery bill each week. I had to end up discussing this matter with child tax credit themselves only to be told not to pay the nursery anymore money. The nursery admitted their "error" and cleared the "debt" I never had. I would recommend the nursery as this was years ago. Just be sure you keep a record of payments you make to the nursery.

My son has been going here since September and I can honestly say the place is absolutely amazing. Lewis had settled in really well. He enjoys it so much. Everyday hes learning something new. When hes not there hes always asking when hes going to see his key workers James and jade, also team leader linzi. He doesnt stop talking about them and He gets so excited knowing that he will be seeing them soon. They are attentive, caring, compassionate and a credit to the stepping stones team. I couldnt ask for a better nursery or staff to look after and teach my son.

Stepping Stones is one of the excellent nurseries. Especially for the bigner children. We are very happy the way they treated our son. From top to bottom everyone is really very helpful ' friendly and caring of children and they are really well organised systematically. Our son was very fussy about eating but joining Nurseries he start eating food and we feel so much +ve changes to our son including well behaviour. We moved our house that's why we are leaving Stepping Stones nursery other wise we loved it. We are very upset & worried about our son ' how he will adjust at new place because he settled so quickly at Stepping Stones nursery and that credit goes to all of Stepping Stones team. They always stand for warm welcome. Tom is very good in communication through email and text, etc, to pass information to parents when ever is some thing happen. We are really thankful to Sam L ' Amy ' Lataya ' Sam R ' Tia ' kayley who really looked after our son and gave him great start and confidence. Jacqueline ' Ellen 'Helen ' Jade and Emma ' they are always on front line to help you at front door with a Very friendly and smiling face. Ones again thanks to all of Stepping Stones team and keep it up.

Stepping stones is a fantastic nursery and pre school. Both my children have attended this nursery and I couldn't thank them enough for the care and attention they give to not just my children, but every single child in their care. What makes this nursery probably the best in nottingham, is the staff members and their positive energetic personalities, they always have time for not only just your child but for you as the parent as well. A child doesn't strive to their full potential if the parent and staff members don't have a good relationship and every single staff member that looks after my child, knows her like the back of their hand because the staff go out of their way to build relationships with every parent that walks into their room. The nursery is very clean, always well looked after and the children love it here. The security levels on this place regarding keeping your child safe is beyond amazing, they fill me with confidence every time I left my children that they would be happy and safe and every single time I picked them up, they were exactly that. There's a camera recognition camera on the main door into the nursery, there is 1 exit in and out of the building and then you are still required to give a password on collection of a child so if you have bad anxiety like myself, this is the perfect place for you. The minute you walk into reception you are greeted with a hello and a big smile even if its 8am in the morning Could not recommend enough, this nursery has brought my children out of their shells so much and I can't thank them enough for the support they've offered myself through my children's time at this nursery.

Im writing this review because Im very disappointed in how the events turned out this morning. My child was rejected today at this nursery and the reason was because they dont have enough teachers to care for him and his lack of speech... and this isnt even why Im disappointed, its because first they gave us a tour of the hole nursery we were in there for 45 min talking looking and my son and us as parents were so excited he would start this new chapter of life there. So they sat us down after all of this and told us to wait after 10 minutes they told us sorry but we cant take your child because he doesnt speak and we don't have enough teachers to support him, they did ask if we wanted to be placed on waiting list for 10 months to which I said no. After I had a very disappointed child, and me as a parent is very sad to see him like this. I just wished that you would have told me at the very beginning that you're not taking in children who don't speak instead of giving him hope. Update: They did try to fix things and get my son started at the nursery after all, but Ive found somewhere else I feel hell be better off.
