        Missed collection of child from school twice, took monthly payment day before lockdown 3 and refused refund as we did not provide 4 weeks notice as per contract. Rude and immoral leadership clinging to contracts even in times of pandemic. Ultimately lost 170.00 to them with no use of services available and a relocation rendering a delayed use of services unavailable but still no refund offered. Terrible management through and through.
