Very, very disappointed with this Sandicliffe dealership. A relative had issues with the Loughborough branch a year ago, too, where they were forgotten about when enquiring about a car.
Management & employees havent been trained on their car knowledge, and treat you with minimal interest or care. The branch manager & the sales advisor are both a serious let down to that branch - the word incompetence comes to mind. They went back on their word multiple times, grossly missed time schedules that they promised me. They make little to no effort when contacting RCi/Mobilize Financial Services in your behalf - its been three weeks and they still havent contacted RCi. Seriously??
I dont want to name any individual employees, but I would certainly recommend some training courses into both diligence & the overall knowledge of the cars/products theyre selling. I knew more about the Nissan Leaf than they did!
Please read my review & consider going elsewhere to a more reputable firm that actually cares about its customers.
