I went in the shop the staff were extremely rude and Abusive to them I went to check out they shouted at me the minimum card limit in such a rude way worst shop ever

Last week the owners were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me out. Thankyou. Today though, there was a very rude, grumpy and arrogant man serving. Old man. He accused my son who has Autism of stealing something he had just paid for. Which really upset him.Then tried to suggest that I was trying to steal a cup of coffee, which I was waiting to pay for, . When I called him out he said "I can't relax until there's no customers in the shop I want to read my paper" Its a real shame that he is so distasteful in his manner considering how lovely the owners are. Really let's the place down. Unfortunately I won't be shopping in there if he is serving.

I dropped a package off here for UPS to collect and deliver next day. I was told by the man behind the counter that customers dont get receipts for drop offs so was reluctant to leave the parcel with no proof that I had left it. However, I was assured that I would receive an email from UPS once they collected the parcel. I finally did when the parcel was collected two days later. Goodness only knows what happened it in those two days. When I went in to complain I was firstly told I must have been mistaken about when I dropped the package off. Then I just got a shrug. Extremely rude member of staff and very poor customer service.
