Went for my infills as usual. They had a little girl who was disturbing all the customers. I went in for some peace and quiet. This little girl was obviously off school because she was poorly. She was coughing and sneezing right next to me. I now have a cold. You are meant to be running a business. Keep the children at home!!! Nails are done well just no consideration for customers personal space.

First experience here was great, Infact even the second one was however, the third experience the black polish was peeling off my acrylics after one day of having them done.. this didnt bother me too much, I just thought Id avoid black polish in the future as its never happened with any other colour but the response I had from the staff was disgusting. Very rude, no apology and rushed getting them right again. When I tried to explain what had gone wrong / what needed fixing she kept ssshing me as she was more concerned with other customers hearing rather than actually making me feel more reassured and wanting to come back again. Never again. Not how you treat your customers - basic manners.
