I went into Sophies as I needed a manicure and polish but I have been left extremely disappointed. When I was sat down the man took off my nail varnish and the old colour remained on the side of my nails and on my actual fingers as he couldnt be bothered to take it off completely. When he was taking off skin from my cuticles he was rough and it hurt. He was aggressive when moving my arms around pulling and pushing instead of simply asking me. When he put the colour on, it accidentally smudged and that seemed to annoy him. He asked me what form I wanted my nails and I said round and as he was filing them he made them too short without asking me. When my nails were left to dry he simply got up and left as it seemed his day was over leaving it for someone else to complete my nails. When the other person went to spray my nails its left bubbles on them. They seemed to be happiest when I went to pay. I would not go again and I would not recommend anyone else going who likes a simple manicure. They rush and dont care. Services: Polish removal, Manicure

Usually get them done and theyve been perfect! But I got them done 2 days ago asked for ombr which is my usual go to and they did it awfully. The acrylic was too small for my nails so now they are stuck on with nail either side. Really disappointed as I thought it was a really good nail bar but this time really put me off and a waste of money . The staff seemed as if they were rushing so they were filing vigorously which hurt my nails although I booked a full appointment with them. Service: Acrylic nails
