I got in touch with primas custom drums to see if they could colour match a floor tom to my Yamaha absolute birch kit. Eddy talked me through the process we went ahead and the finished jod was just amazing everyone who has seen it has commented just how good the match is. Very impressed with my snare from Primas, Eddie is a true craftsman! Never played another snare like it. If youre looking for something to stand out from the rest, with a true unique sound, Primas is definitely the company you want to use. He keeps you updated on the build progress and really goes above and beyond to get the best results! The final result is second to none! Couldnt recommend Primas enough!

Eddie and I had our first conversation in December '21. Eddie is professional, proactive, punctual and extremely thorough. I am so proud to be a part of the Primas Custom Drums family, he made me feel extremely welcomed from the word go and goes over and above his call of duty. I have two snares from Eddie - a 13' segmented bubinga and beech and a 14' stave ash snare and there is another in the making! Eddie is a really lovely guy, he's not pushy and his snares blow everyone else's out the water. Go with Primas! You will not be disappointed.

After a few email conversations with Eddie, I decided to buy a Bonobo 14x6.5 in black walnut. What a great choice. It is a magnificent beast. It is my first segmented drum and is a wonderful piece of kit. It's easy to tune and sounds great at low and high tunings. I can't fault a thing. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed of the progress of the drum (with videos) and built and delivered it to me in Australia in just a few weeks. I'm now madly saving my pennies to come back for his ash stave. Great job Ed, thank you.
