I found kane after a desperate google search being let down by so many mortgage brokers who were either getting their figures wrong, taking weeks to get back to me or being unable to remember basic information. Kane called me the evening that I applied and since then has been absolutely on top of everything, super responsive to me, chasing down the lenders for updates, finding the best rates for me and when one lender didnt work out he had another lined up with a different strategy. His attentiveness, support, communication and help has gone way beyond what I expected and I couldnt recommend him enough.

Our broker (Kane) was exceptional! We had tried many brokers in our house-buying process and found Kane to be the most approachable person who always had time to understand our requirements and tailor the perfect mortgage. Never in a rush to move on to the next customer (as most brokers are in my past experience), with his recommendations, ended up with a great mortgage offer from a high-street bank. Superb service, would definitely use these guys again!

I have used these guys a couple of times with regards to my mortgage. They are very efficient and have a "can do" attitude. Very knowledgeable about different lenders and the requirements that each one has. I tried remortgaging by myself at first but not only were 94 Mortgages more successful than me at finding a lender that would lend me the money, but they also found me a much cheaper interest rate. I would recommend them in an instant.

Kane provided a top rate service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent and I cannot find any faults with this service what so ever. I would and have highly recommended Kane and his services to everyone I know and would come straight back to him in the future. Personally, I think the fee is too low for the service that you receive! But what a great guy, great service and as I mentioned, certainly more than 5*! Also, I should mention Olivia as well, although we didn't deal with each other as much over the 6 months, when we did she was also fantastic, very helpful and never let us down. THANK YOU KANE!
