Sonam walked me through every detail step-by-step and broke all the mortgage-jargon down into plain English, making everything easy to understand and process. As a first time buyer, entering the world of mortgages, solicitors and contracts was always going to be daunting; fortunately for me however, I was recommended to Jane through a friend and the whole process was the complete opposite of what I expected! Jane couldn't have been more accommodating or supportive through the process, breaking it down to layman's terms when needed, and looking after all the contracts ensuring the process was not held up - completed in 10 weeks from having the offer accepted to having the keys in our hand!
