As a first-time buyer, I went to The Mortgage Zone after having it recommended to me by a friend, Sian Charity got me a 5-year fixed rate that I was happy with, she went above and beyond, helping me to chase solicitors, getting updates for me and sorting all the insurance quotes for me, she made the whole process a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend going in to see them for your mortgage

I contacted the Mortgage Zone for advice regarding the expiration of my former fixed term mortgage and how best to proceed. Becky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and comprehensively including my options going forward and which would be the best for me given my current circumstances. Once Id decided how to proceed, she handled the application process and kept me updated on progress, Making what would otherwise have been a complicated and stressful process much easier and simpler than Id dared hope. Huge thanks to both Becky and Sian of the Mortgage Zone for their expertise and support would definitely recommend for any mortgage advice or assistance.
