As first time buyers, my partner and I were very inexperienced when it came to the housing Market. We knew that it would be beneficial to find a mortgage broker to support us through our journey. Omar and Omica Mortgages were recommended to us by my partners brother and sister in law who had previously used Omars services to purchase their first house. From the initial meeting that we had with Omar, we immediately knew that he was the right mortgage broker to help us with our journey to home ownership. Omars approach has been very warm, down to earth and he always available when feeling stressed! All of our questions were answered along the way. Even if we felt that they were possibly silly questions to ask, Omar never made us feel that way. His services have been very efficient which lead us to receive and accept a mortgage offer within 3 weeks of putting in an offer on a house. He made sure that we sent through all of our documents immediately after our offer was accepted in preparation for our mortgage application which meant that there was a minimal amount of back and forth with the lender which speeded up the process. We have learnt so much and are ever so grateful to Omar and Omica Mortgages for their help. We would definitely recommend this company for those who are looking for a professional, reliable and efficient mortgage broker!
